We need a smart player who can either play medic or soldier. Intelligence is a must, fragging ability helps. We're kind of stuck at mid- right now. We beat most low/mid teams we play and get rounds against mid teams often as well.

We started off as a new team of pubbers about 3 months ago and have grown a lot since then; we expect to grow a lot more. My short term goals include success in XPL (hard to get to the top with high and mid teams in the mix), and wins in esea-o next season. We just need another smart player to get over the hump.

We play a very smart, aggressive style of play. We use soldiers to support scout aggression but soldiers shouldn't be afraid to make plays if they see the opportunity. We play a very fluid game but occasionally run set plays depending on the situation and the map.

We have 3 players very familiar with competitive games (cs:s) in the past and I think that has something to do with our rapid growth. While skill in one game does not translate directly to another, knowing how to practice, knowing how to form strats, and having good chemistry and gamesense do.

We just need one more smart player to round out our core and get to where we want to be.

We're full of 20-somethings but mature teenagers shouldn't fear applying.

Players:
Scouts - Tookey, Dirtybird, Mass (I don't know what he wants to be called, he changes all the time)
Demo - Steely Glint
Soldiers - Doggles, Chord
Medic - Kazaam

The reason I want another soldier or medic is that we cant play if one of 4 players doesn't show up. It's happened often enough that we need another player. The way we treat backing up is different from most teams. Players understand why they aren't picked for matches when they aren't, but I guarantee everyone scrim time and guarantee everyone improves. The players who are at their best and practice the most for a match play it.

Reqs:
1) Be smart.
2) Work hard.
3) Don't be a dick or a rager.
