How do you get all of them :O I joined this server where you could type something like !givemeall but i wasn't sure whether I'd get vaced or not. Are achievement servers really the only way?

You'll be very underwhelmed when you get all the 'upgrades' seeing as most of them are just inferior weapons but much easier to use. It's okay to farm achievements, just be forewarned that it probably will mess up your stats completely, and you'll never get the gratification of actually achieving a tough achievement.

Plus you're probably better off just learning the game before you get teh UpGrAdEz.

If you just started, just play the game and the achievements and upgrades will come soon enough through regular play.
