Post here if you have a term you want to see added to Common Terms (http://wiki.commforums.com/doku.php?id=tf2:getting_started:tools:common_terms ). Include your interpretation of the definition and we will add it to the article.

The one article I was planning to start from the beginning and forgot about... serves me right. I'll do some work on this, SON

Pop: to deploy uber as a medic.

Jump: to rocket or sticky jump. Usually used in the context of a soldier or demoman jumping onto an enemy's medic in the attempt to kill the medic or force uber.

Closet/Cubby: a narrow interface between two zones of a map, often used by scouts and other utility classes for flanking. Some map-specific examples of these are given unique names, such as "maintenance" at the mid-point of badlands or "z" between the 2nd point of granary and the yard outside of it.

I'll add more as I think of them.

A new one is a 'dead ringer' which means a spy that is using the dead ringer item, pretty obvious, but some players are ignorant and don't know. It lets your team know that if they think they've killed that spy, they should probably still be alert for him since he is a dead ringer.

'Dead ringer' sounds pretty cool. Haven't used/seen it yet but I look forward to it. ^^ oi

bodyblock - to block a (usually ubered) opponent with your own body to prevent them from advancing on a particular position, or members of your team.

dropdown - the droptown tunnel connecting second point of granary to the yard on the way to middle.

focus fire - when both soldiers and sometimes the demo simultaneously fire on a specific target, doing rapid damage and likely killing them even as they are being healed

kind of a stupid one but "to push" - signaling that all team members are to advance on the next yard/capture point.

this one applies to all fps, "to bait" - attempting to draw an enemy player into a situation where they are easily killed, such as by a sticky trap.
