Hi my names nick and I wanted to get involved into the l4d2 community.
I've been playing games competitively ever since about 2003. My first real competitive game was Unreal Tournament (and maybe Starcraft). Granted, I wasn't very good at these games, I still enjoyed the competition, even if it meant that I got dominated most of the time.
I saved up money and bought a much better computer than the one I previously had and started playing Unreal Tournament 2004. After much practice, effort, and dedication, I became much more talented. I wasn't considered a top player at the game's prime by any means, but I was definitely up there.
From my experience in Unreal Tournament 2004, it transpired into FPS talent for other games I would play. After playing a handful of FPS games over time, I landed in Team Fortress 2 and love every bit of it. It's truly a game I enjoy from start to finish.
Even though I really enjoy playing deathmatch games like Quake 3, where good aim and fragging ability is a must, I'm a medic in Team Fortress 2. That's mostly because when I first started playing, the team I was playing for needed a medic. Yep, I decided to fill that role. Best story ever. However, I enjoy the soldier class a lot :].
When I'm not playing Team Fortress 2, I enjoy Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4, Counterstrike Source, Warcraft III, Company of Heroes, Fallout 3, and most importantly...Dance Dance Revolution :D:D:D:D.
