That isn't luck. Fragga is easily one of the best soldiers in EU TF2. Just check out his other videos.

Good or not, you'll see soldiers switch to their shotty after firing the second rocket in expectation of missing.

I've watched Fragga alot... definitely an idol of mine, lol. That shot was just awesome...

And though it may be luck, if he wasn't a great Soldier, he wouldn't have known how to place that rocket where he could have even had a chance at getting it. And I've been told by many good Soldiers to pull out your shotgun as precaution no matter what.

First of all nobody likes fragga in Europe because he is a selfish Rambo.
His frag videos are all out of pickups against low+ "noobs"
Have you seen a single guy strafing in his clips?
did he pull of a single airshot when he got knocked away by a rocket?
And this airshot was not that difficult; he didn't have to aim just guess in which height he is gonna shoot again and hehe an "amazing" airshot on towards a "noob" soldier who acts like a bot in a airshot map
