Username: Maikelru
Age: 19
Skill Level: Low
Experiences: I have no experience playing on a real coordinated team. I do pretty well in public games and am usually the top point holder.
Main class: Scout.
Other classes: I am willing to play Soldier or Sniper but I am not that good at them.
Steam ID page: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197997031971

Additional Stuff: I have over 120 hours playing scout so far. I recently restarted my stats so I have about 20 currently and it's always going up. I'm very active and am a quick learner. I'm hoping to find a fun team that's friendly, but serious. I shine mostly in a one on one situation against any class. Sometimes I have pretty off days though. I am willing to dedicate most of my evenings to practicing and playing. Thanks for reading and hopefully someone replies.

Any experience in 6v6 format? Pugs, TF2 Lobby, etc?

God I feel so lame. I have none of that kind of experience but I strongly want to learn and I am a fast learner. I catch onto tactics very quickly and can communicate pretty well.

I'm also not sure what Pugs, TF2 Lobby mean as well... I'm entirely clueless when it comes to competitive terms.

But like I said, I'm very willing to learn and improve.

No need to feel lame. You just need to try the competitive format, see how you like it, and get some experience with it. You'll pick it up quickly I'm sure.

Second the recommendation for TF2lobby. There's very little in terms of coordination/comms in most cases but it's usually good fun and a quick way to learn.

As the others said, play tf2lobby and get the grasp of roll outs and to some extent the dynamics of the various positions (Mid fights, holding a cap, defending, etc.) It'll also help you get a grasp of your DM and dodging skills.
Then, or even simultaneously, join a team (Low or Low/Mid). You can also check out the SOAP DM server and play there.
Good luck.
