2. Texas (CST)

3. Med

4. Current team is Errday` (http://esportsea.com/teams/52015), along with Spyke (http://commforums.com/scout-esea-o-spyke-t5649.html?t=5649), who is also seeking. Only comp experience to date is in UGC/CommFT Highlander, which I realize doesn't mean much. I've been the medic for the Unbelievably Brave Sweethearts (UGC Platinum Div HL team) for almost a full season now, as well as on Never Ready, uBs's CommFT team. No competitive 6v6 experience yet, though. [HL VoD of me playing (http://www.justin.tv/extvesports/b/285979789), if you're interested. Game starts at 7 min.]

5. I'm in Central time, and I'm on every weekday evening as well as weekends. I have class until about 8 on Tuesday/Thursday, but I'm on earlier most days.

6. Currently being serviced by the lovely Mr. shdw.puppet.

Having played with speedhaxx for Highlander I got a pretty good idea of his game.

His medicing style is like a lot of new, low 6v6 medics that is they prioritize their lives above getting into potentially risky areas to heal people who are dealing damage and taking damage. For Highlander a medic staying alive is definitely a priority opposed to 6v6 where in my opinion a medic should focus on keeping his teammates alive.

Also weakness of Speedhaxx game I noticed in HL is his positioning in uber v uber fights. This can be down to poor communication or just lack of experience but as a medic when you uber exchange the objective should be securing damage and positioning. Judging the timing of when their uber fades and yours does is a skill you need and reacting to the uber fading when they have a second or two more uber needs to be instant so that you can escape. Too often I see speedhaxx die 1 or 2 seconds after the uber fades and it is a lot to do with poor positioning (sometimes it is because he is forced to split his uber).

Finally speedhaxx needs to check his back more and general sorroundings. This means being aware of every possible exposed flank or the potential spy, this way if you see for instance a scout flanking you from house on choke then you can call it a lot earlier and have your team react (your teammates can't focus on everything, you need to have their backs sometimes). Also bombing players - they pop out of nowhere sometimes but a good medic will always see the bomb coming and be ready to react and dodge, so look around and look above - don't just focus on your heal target and what he is shooting.

Just my opinion on speedhaxx's weaknesses, other than that he has the right dynamics to be a good 6v6 medic.

I noticed that too, and thought that several players on your HL team were to blame :>
