Experience: Have 700 hrs as medic: mostly in pub (I was an admin and recruiter from one of the most important Italian non-competitive multigaming) and approximately 250/300 hrs on mixes/cw with players from the following italian teams: eXtreme,Entropy,Grs,OX Gaming and official matches with: Tec Gaming/Destruction Brothers (6/5div).
Actually i play mixes with OX-gaming guys (all my friends) versus other team/mixes mid-/mid. (but i'm not mid-/mid medic).

Need to improve:
1) Movements/Cover spots when:
- alone
- in specific place
- on specific map

2) Backup/Distances from the player:
- how to (by map,place,situation)
- how to avoid/reduce splash damage

ndr: i have a decent/good theory about this,but I really need someone to tell me what's wrong/good.

3) Gamensense and tips from 4+ (4,3,2,etc.) div

4) PLAYPLAYPLAY!

When: I can play from about 21:00 CET but I can adjust the schedule as needed.
At the moment I have a lot of free time so,go go go!
