Played for Harmonic in Open(2nd, 5th, 6th place) and IM(1st, 6th place) and 2 seasons of Invite with flame_idiot and now Blight. I have been playing for a few years now.
5) Answer: "Why would you be a good mentor?" I have a lot of experience and I have no problems communicating what I've learned to other players. I can quickly analyze why you lost a round/push and suggest a fix.

Also, would you mind asking other teammates / friends if they would mentor as well? I'm only friends with certain circles/people from invite and I'm in desperate need of demoman mentors...well invite mentors in general :)
