7) Why you would be a good mentor
I am a pretty easy going guy. I have been playing competitive for the greater part of my TF2 experience (1.5 years), took a break, but now am very active in the community. I have a lot of free time now that i am unemployed and out of school, so i can help out a lot of low teams, and work with people that want to work on individual skills.

I see a lot of newer players doing dumb things, and want to improve overall strategy and positioning with some people that have potential. I have a good understanding of the game, and what makes a team work, and what doesn't.
