If so I think it would be a good idea to post some times you have available in EST(eastern standard time) since time is probably going to be an issue. Since mid afternoon in north america is late in the evening in europe!

For a lot of people it is, most people look for around 7-10 est but if someone is interested they will make time I'm sure.

I don't think it's that bad actually. I mean most people get off work at 5 pm though. Keep in mind that the farther west you go the earlier it becomes. So for east coasters it should be fine, but for westerners like myself 4 pm east = 2 pm west.

With that in mind any scout who can make time for it definitely should! This guy is a total badass.
