Judging from the title of the blog post ("friendship ends tomorrow"), it's safe to assume that we will be getting news about the next update starting tomorrow. The update itself will probably launch Christmas week, so I'm expecting something Christmas-themed as well with this update, perhaps in the form of a holiday event map similar to koth_harvest. They already have a snow-themed koth map in viaduct, so it wouldn't require too much extra effort on their part.
