Interesting read. You probably should note that Reason played a backup & ringer vs 51 (if memory serves). I dunno about their loss to iNeX tho.

That's what we had to do against 51 also. Hopefully for IC2 the matches are spread out a little bit and start later so people aren't missing matches for work, and so we don't have to play 6 hour straight. We scrimmed 2 times before the tourney and then played 3 matches, I mean, I like left 4 dead and all but 10 straight hours of it is a bit much.

I agree with dark that matches needed to be more spread out because TLC obviously got screwed by not being able to play 4 members and were put into a rough spot.

lol @ team inex for not playing visceral against mog gaming... odd choice if you ask me... they just hurt themselves by doing that. Also... Dog leaving team inex hurt them no doubt but the fact that metal hasnt been in any recorded matches in weeks has hurt them even more so.

I don't think we got screwed at all. We came the closest to beating 51, only losing by 399 in a very good match. I'd just like less matches in a day and have them start a little later because playing so much in one day kinda burns you out.

It would be nice to spread things out a bit more in the fashion of SOTF from cod1/cod2. Just because dmon called it infected cup doesn't mean it literally has to be in the european style. A cup in this game takes 4-6 hours a night which is too much for most people.

Reason Gaming only had a ringer for half of the first map and the swapped him out.
It was not the entire game. TLC's ringer was actually a good thing since he was probably better than their other guy.

We did not play MoB three times.... only two. Once in winners bracket finals and once in the actual finals. I don't know where you got the info of them beating us for the first round on finals to make it a best of 3.

I appreciate the sense of notoriety, but don't insult our team. We played the players that were able to be played.

I was inconvenienced by a few things so I wasn't able to make the majority of the tournament. Looks like real life got the best of me this time, huh?

Trust me when I say that nobody on our team wanted to be in this tournament more than I did. But I guess thats what happens when you play in tournaments...

Actually, it was the full BH1 and he didn't believe in molly's and thought it was overrated to throw it at your tank. More important to get Xanath up while you guys threw rocks from 10 feet away. ^^!!

Every time I try to watch the demos the game complains at me about an out of date engine. Since there have been a few updates in the last week are the demos now unwatchable with an up-to-date version of L4D or am I doing something wrong?
