Folks over there want the forums to be changed so that there is less wasted space between posts. Ben has found a way to make this change but it would affect all of the templates (so CommL4D as well as CommFT). Would you guys mind the change?

Meh, I don't find it really annoying.

It doesnt bother me either way really. I wouldnt oppose it by any means, so if the general concesus was to change it, thats fine with me.

The one with the member info on the left was what this forum started out with in the first place, untl you added forum skins.

But it should be noted that the TF2 site's skin is narrower than the L4D site. i.e. the TF2 site has a LOT of background surrounding the column for post content.

Or you could put a limit on signature image dimensions..

It does kind of bother me. Especially with all the stupid signatures. Hard for me to find when one post starts and ends. I feel like most of my screen is metadata with very little information.

I think it looks better, but maybe that's just because it looks different.

As for problems detecting when posts start/stop, look for the grey bars. We may need to adjust that color to pop out more.

Unfortunately I don't think icon whores can be helped, as the icon placement shit is un-editable.
