I think it's just so the site has one. Plus non CEVO teams could put up in here just in case they formed after CEVO started.

this is for us to have and put up a team section on the homepage so that people can see what teams are running, no matter who you are or how good you are but you call our site home. hopefully it will draw in some of those lurker teams and get em involved as well.
