What do you guys think of Blizzard's answers to TL.net's questions?

I asked the following questions on the official forums in response to Blizzard's answers:
In answer 1 you said "..dark Pylons on the other hand, are relatively cheap to produce at 150 minerals, provide Pylon power, allow warp-in and proxy play, cloak units, and act as an energy well for casters in strategic positions, while also supporting an economy with macro resource collecting benefits.." after detailing restrictions on both Terran and Zerg counterparts. I appreciate the explanation regarding the differences between the races and the balance issue that you face but the Dark Pylon is particularly interesting to me...what exactly have you done thus far to balance it with the capabilities of the other races? If you haven't done anything yet...how do you usually handle tough balance questions? Do you adjust existing units/buildings or do you frequently look to add new units/buildings?
In answer 6 you said that "...the only difference between a submerged supply depot and a raised supply depot is the ability to path (or not path) over it..." If a enemy unit attacks a supply depot, where does it stand if it is a melee unit? Next to where the depot would have been?
