like playing in this practice map for my solly and sometimes when im bored needling people. just to get a feel for the flow of the needles. but i like it for alot of things. anyone else?
Tr_walkway only goes so far in terms of helping you, or giving you practice. Sure, I have practiced airshotting on tr_walkway, but I also had the help of DM servers, ammomod, pugging and scrimming.
To be honest, the most I can see tr_walkway being helpful as is getting down your headshots on mid-air players.

Well I find it's best for simply warming up before a match or scrim if you don't have time to practice much or the dm servers are empty.

Headshotting mid-air players for about an hour once from every possible angle I could think of at random heights gave me consistency to the point that regular shots are just natural. I used to be a terrible sniper

That sounds tiresome.
You COULD have some fun on tr_walkway, though. Sometimes when I'm bored of warming up or just messing around, I spawn all soldiers and make them shoot, then I reflect their rockets for no reason.
Sounds sort of dumb, but it gets entertaining.

I sometimes mute my game and play walkway while listening to the Friendly Fire Podcast (http://www.randomchatter.com/category/podcasts/friendlyfire/)

Good idea, probably would work for the Young Turks podcast as well.

to practice for both head, meat, and airshots I go to pub servers with lots of pyros. Once I started playing soldier I couldn't hit a single airshot and I went from terrible to mediocre at airshots because of training maps such as these, although what really helped me be good with them is plenty of truTF2 and ammomod. But I would not suggest playing ammomod all the time as it builds bad habits.
