Can anyone help me confirm he has a wall hack? Please do not let him into competitive scene.

Javaw$uT was complaining about how he cannot flank even once against the soldier.

I realized it was walling when @ granary 2nd point, before the door opened he shot the rocket..
Another time its either dumb luck or total wall that he flanked a combo + roaming flank(funny but not fun for the med =P)

I mean seriously jaeger has great awareness but he cant possibly consistently aim/predict where a scout can flank!

seen him first time @ lobby, according to steam he has 2 friends and only 88 hrs of tf2 meaning he started rocking the competitive scene at the skill of a mid/high player with only 33 hrs on soldier

Realistically, without a POV demo of him on a server, there is no hope for anyone to give any type of meaningful opinion. (POV being a spectator watching in first person and recording at least)

Walling in and of itself in many cases is a judgement call.

The Steam Account of the player you mentioned was created on July 11, 2009 and I see no ban records from a google search.

So unless you have some type of demo to look at, no reasonable person should call this any type of hacking.

I hate the "hours" argument so much, hours do not mean anything realistically, it's what you're doing with those hours, 1000+ hours of 2fort sniping does not make you a good sniper. Also now that you can reset your stats they're doubly useless. I reset mine every week, does that mean that I only got TF2 in the past 24 hours? Get us a demo or something to go off and we can make a call but just a Steam Account link isn't enough.

Flanking is predictable. If you don't appear at X seconds through door X, you will appear through door Y at Y seconds and so on.

Similarly, you can time respawn waves, time since a player caps a point and so on to know where a player is. If you are efficient while moving you will always take the same time to get to the same areas so you become predictable.

Also being flanked is nothing new. In fact it seems he quite enjoys doing it. In the last Top 10 frags he goes up through the tube in Granary with a RJ and flanks everyone.

Considering you can also use your team to lure enemies into a certain position, this is far easier if your team is good.

Also one or two things do not a wallhack make. And much less if you don't have any demos to prove it.

yeah...you can't really prove anything without a demo. I mean, the hours argument doesn't really work (casey had 100 hours on medic at the time of ESEA-I Finals last year)

There's really no way to prove he's hacking without a demo. Do you even have an STV demo of the match where he looked like he was walling?
(also, if the match had been on badlands, I'd be more suspicious, but granary is not exactly a map full of great flanks)

Oh yeah, true, that part is handled by Steam Community rather than the in-game stats.

its a possibility unless he just hates everyone in which case he'd still use a hack for teh lolz

i was medicing him in that lobby and had a hard time outscoring him whether id heal him at all or not. we thought he was wonderwall lol

seriously tho, 5 or less friends means either hacking....or alt account...usually hacking.

Whatever the case may be, no demo, no judgements from anyone. To be frank, nothing in this thread would make me have a solid judgement between if he is hacking or we have a troll thread designed to destroy the reputation of someone you dislike this week.

Despite how impossibly fishy someone can be, record a demo or it didn't happen, that's the general rule.
