I am looking for dedicated players who will scrim every night at 8:00pm CST or 9:00pm EST or 7pm WST for those who do not know there time zones, do not apply :D


We will scrim everyday, will have a ventrillo server/ TeamSpeak server. A good server will be expensive... 40dollars a month is kinda bit much now.

I am looking for soldiers who can communicate well with Medic, Demoman who can Pipe well, not 100% but well enough to kill things. Scouts who know there role and what to do and comm well with other scout.

I love off classing, so of course if you want to play Spy, and there is a good reason then go ahead and play it :D I rather have fun then die of a heart attack now.

Just looking for dedicated players who will scrim least once a day, and go compete in CEVO and TWL.

You will get a lot of playtime for being a backup (probably every night).

What I want to discuss the the general application of banning (not necessarily just for cheating) and how it applies.

My general thoughts:

What constitutes proof?

Generally this is a POV demo from the player or recorded by another player spectating in first person. Any banning via game footage must have an original if this with some way to verify the SteamIDs involved. So getting footage from a approved server where it can be verified against a server log is ideal.

What is not acceptable in my mind

Youtube footage of any kind, no matter how obvious. A few choice edits (the loronix video for example) made it appear like hacking when there really never was. Anything on youtube needs to just get tossed, unless you can correlate it to a particular server and verify against a log. (The ESEA bans of Sandcastle and what's his nuts would be an possible example of this)
