Default Mini poll - Mice

I am writing an article for TF2Strategy about mice. I wanted to just quickly poll the TF2 comp community for what mice they use. Feel free to add why if you want.

Microsoft Sidewinder - 1
Razer Deathadder - 2
Logitech G5 - 3
Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 - 2
Logitech MX518 - 1
Dell stock wireless mouse - 1
Razer Lachesis - 1

Not sure mouse is a "strategy" thing to be honest, simply a preference..

Personally, I use a DeathAdder.

It really isn't a strategy thing per say, but our idea is to help visitors to improve their play. This would fit under that goal.

In general we are making major changes to the site, some that will make it more relevant to the people here. Defiantly stay tuned.

Intellimouse 3.0 > Deathadder > MX518 > G500

My personal top mice food chain. Some people like the 1.1 over the 3.0 if they don't use the side buttons, I use them personally. I vote Intellimouse 3.0 duh =\

I love my MX518. My one complaint is that I've had it so long that one of the rubber feet came off. But that was after 2 years.

Mionix Naos 5000.

I would never consider buying anything else than a new one if it ever were to stop working. Totally superior to anything else I have ever tried.

any laser or optical mouse will do. Flashy 5billion dpi bullshit is all fine and good, but so long as you have one with 4 buttons or so and that feels good (preferably wired) all will be just fine.

for the record though, I got a free deathadder, one of the new ones, 3.5g sensor and 3500 dpi... is shiny. And it is nice to be able to macro some basic medic stuff so I truly and really can game one handed. Not as if that would be useful or anything 0o :P

razer abyssus

basically its almost the same tracking-wise as a deathadder, which is good. i use low sens and move my mouse very fast and i can make g500/518/microsoft mice skip, so this is a good choice for me. also its really really light

MX Revolution LOL

Got it before I got into TF2 :( but I am thinking of getting the Deathadder or MX518. Both look good.

Hahah...

Anyway, I use the wired optical mouse that came with my Asus... no need for a spanky looking expensive one. I haven't even looked, to be honest.

I use the Razer Mamba.

What can I say? Money wasn't really a concern for me and I wanted the wireless. I regret nothing.
