Hmmm I have both the MX518 and the Deathadder. Both are pretty quality, but I really prefer the deathadder so one point to the DA please.

razer mamba which is basically a prettied up deathadder.
I also use the g5 when i snipe/scout - more control for swiping with that mouse but overall stability in the deathadder design/better buttons.

Deathadder.
I finally decided I was sick of my stock Dell optical mouse because the sensor would freak out too often when I tried to rocket jump or when I played low sens scout. I can now play scout at 1.0 in game sens and 3.5 Deathadder sens (I think I get about a 15 inch 180 with that) and get no negative accel when I have to quickly turn around. |

Abyssus for me. Loved the Salmosa, and this is a nice upgrade. I wish i had some side buttons, though... About time for a new mouse. I'm thinking Steelseries Xai or a Razer Imperator. I have always preferred symmetrical mice (Copperhead, MS Laser 6000, Logitech G3, 3G Diamondback, 3.5G Abyssus, and 3G Salmosa, all of which I have owned) but I tried my roommate's MX518 and it was different, but nice. Wasn't a huge fan of the Deathadder. It was alright, I just didn't personally prefer that shape. So, if I want a change in feel, I'll go for the Imperator. If I want a similar, yet improved, mouse, I'll go for the Xai. If only they'd release a 3.5G Copperhead...

I have a feeling those macro buttons by the left click would be accidentally pressed a lot...
