Depends on the class and how you aim (wrist vs arm.) But basically it's about finding your sweet spot where you have to most consistent control while still being able to flick.

You must have a huge mousepad then. My sensitivity settings are almost identical but 1.6 in game instead so I get 12.8 inches per 360 for scout. Then I use zoom_sensitivity_ratio 0.75 when I snipe.

imo changing zoom isnt dumb because even when you use 1.0zoomsens aiming feels different than non-zooming aim
i use 18 inches 360 and normal zoom sens because it feels great to me

Used to use 35inch/360 [crazy low XD]
Then switched to using 14inch/360 for Scout.

Works out nicely.

around 3.7 inch 360 on every class, but I main scout. I also use 65% zoom sensitivity ratio.

Used configs to change sensitivity on the fly. 3.3 inch to 360 for rocket launcher, 6 inch to 360 for shotgun, back to 3.3 for melee. Scout about 12 inch to 360, sniper is the same as scout. All the other classes are default 3.3 - 360.

4.1 @ 450 DPI 6/11 Windows
Comes out to around 22.5cm/360

Funny thing is that when I started playing Demoman I started at 45cm/360 which was my sensitivity when I played scout, then moved up to 40cm/360, then went to 56cm/360 for a month, then up to 36cm/360 for half a season, then 30cm/360 for a while, then 28.8cm/360, and finally where I'm at now for the moment with 22.5cm. Generally I've increased my sensitivity since playing Demoman barring that one exception.

after i was mentored by zephyr i changed my sensitivity to 12.6 and i am a lot better now
