Back on the subject of viewmodels, I had a little incident that went pretty funny due to the fact I didn't have them. I was playing medic on granary for my team, and we had dropped most of the people on their team and ours. I was on the point with something. I don't quite remember. I ubersaw a scout or something coming at me, and have 100% uber. Knowing people were about to kill me, I popped and ran.

I had a kritzkrieg. Thanks, r_drawviewmodel 0!

Apparently my coms went like this:

"Popping uber, getting out of there!
Why am I not.. OH SHIT I HAVE KRITZ.
FALCON (The demoman), GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE."

Lucky me he got over there and then we got like 3 guys killed or something.

If you play medic enough you'll be able to tell by the beams which gun you are using. Also something I noticed, if you are using custom crosshairs from aron's crosshair switcher (not sure if this happens with other aliases/scripts too; if you hold down the scoreboard key and switch weapons it will switch to the other weapon settings but stick with the one you're holding.

Eg. You have no models and brown dot for medigun and models on and pink dot for the saw. If you hold the medigun and switch to saw while holding down the scoreboard key, the medigun will show with models and a pink dot.

Just a way to see what medic gun/weapon you're currently using.

Funniest part of the scrim in my opinion, no idea how it ended up working. But we ended up winning that round off of your mistake. Of course no team is expecting a kritz at the very first round of Granary.
