Default Week 12 NA Final - Free Beavis vs Kawaii Explosion
Go to the registration thread, find your opponent, contact them on Steam, schedule the match, play the match (record personal demos), and report/confirm the score here in his thread.

Week 12 matches must be played by Saturday, July 23rd at midnight EST. If a CommFT-provided server is unavailable, you may use your own server as long as it is running the configs appropriate to your region. The official rules can be found HERE.

If you have any questions or disputes with your opponent, post them in this thread.

Week 12 Maps: Best of 3 with scoring done on a map basis. The winner of the match has to win two maps and if it is 1-1, with each team winning one map, we will choose the tie-breaker map. Kawaii Explosion is the upper bracket finalist so they choose their map second. Free Beavis will choose their map first and that map will be played first.

Correct: Kawaii gets to choose their map first, but you will play your selection first.

At present, there are no prizes for third place.

Correction: I mistakenly had "Oedipus" in the OP when it should have been Free Beavis. It has been corrected, but just to make sure:

Kawaii picks their map first, but the teams will play Free Beavis' map selection first. Kawaii's map gets played second, and I'll choose the tie-breaker if it goes to round 3. Oedipus has no say in the matter.

And to be clear, the maps chosen have to be from the tournament's previous rounds. Teams cannot choose new maps.

We agree to play Tuesday at 9 PM EST.

But as upper bracket winners, shouldn't we be able to choose our map second, in response to their choice? Seems like that would be the (deserved?) advantage.

some idiot on Free Beavis decided that he couldn't make it on Tuesday after all! I'm Sorry but this is what we do. Dasho doesn't know yet, my guess is he'll ask to play wednesday (or possibly Monday??) instead.
